25th April Highlights — Good & 'Bad' Things

Today's not much of a different day for me if not for some out-of-usual things happening.
Let's see...

National Holiday
Today's the 40th anniversary since Portugal has a democracy.
Everyone's out and about with red gillyflowers since it's our symbol of freedom
I've no memories of it apart from the headaches it gave me on 12th grade for the History exam.

Road Trips
Going on a road trip with Tony and his adorable friends.
The plan is to visit as many countries as we can before my next university exams.
Not to worry, though.

Mother's Day
Mother's Day is next week — if I'm not wrong — and unfortunately my mom's not going to be with me. Bad sides of living away from your mom because of the
economical situation of the country you live in, forcing her to move abroad and
leave you behind because you're in university and can't
just drop your course midway.

Graduation
I don't know if I can call it like that because "reasons", but truth is my last university year
is about to end within two weeks.
Couldn't be more excited about it. Finally some free time.

Wedding & Stuff
Yep, time flies by like crazy and I feel like I was still getting into high-school yesterday.
Today I'm engaged and about to finally give the next step on June 7th.
What comes next? Don't really wanna think about it right now.

Oh, the struggle...
Funnily enough, even though I'm about to finish university so I can start a new course,
feels more like I'm back to kindergarten.
Both because some classmates are acting like complete children, and also because
of some other reasons totally not worth mentioning anymore.

 New gadgets & Life
I've finally decided to buy my so-desired Canon.
Also, due to some ridiculously annoying events, I kind of set my mind to just ignore a few things. Guess as time passes one indeed does simply come to realise
that some people are just not worth your time.

Bullying & Some things from the past
When you think that all the shit you went through has stopped, it obviously comes back.
Though, and since I already know how these people work, I'm just not
giving a shit. Seen many jerks and bitches, got rid of many shit and lifeless people,
hurt myself, cried, had health problems... Fortunately this all happened
about five years ago.
Bottom line: I'm not letting it affect me anymore because, unlike those people, I grew up.
